Job summary

B&Q Oxford is seeking a Shift Lead for a permanent role at 36.75 hours per week, with flexible shifts from 6am to 8:30pm. The role offers a full-time equivalent salary of £29,289 per year plus a store location allowance, pension and 6.6 weeks holiday.

You will oversee a shift, deploy colleagues, be the first point of contact for customers and ensure store safety. It’s a fast-paced role that emphasises teamwork, customer care and operational excellence.
