B&Q Loughborough is hiring a Shift Lead for a part-time role of 18.5 hours per week. The position is permanent and offers a competitive £14.50 per hour, plus a pension and generous holiday entitlement.

The Shift Lead will oversee shifts from 6am to 10pm, ensure safe, smooth operations, and be the first point of contact for customers and colleagues. A keyholder role involves autonomy to support the customer at pace.

• Ability to supervise store operations and ensure smooth customer service.
