Job summary

Nando’s Nottingham is seeking a proactive Shift Lead to manage and support daily shifts, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding guest experiences.

You will guide a fast-paced team, drive service excellence, and foster a fun, inclusive work environment. This role offers opportunities for growth within the restaurant family and a community-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer-service focus with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to motivate and engage a team to deliver great shifts.

• Inspire and develop team members, ensuring high service standards.
