Job summary

Nando's UK & IRE is seeking a proactive Shift Lead in Sheffield to drive smooth shifts and motivate a busy team. You’ll be at the heart of the action, guiding service delivery and keeping PERi-PERi moments on point.

You’ll lead by example in a fast-paced, fun, family-style environment, owning customer care, staff supervision and problem-solving on the floor. Growth opportunities into management await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-obsessed approach and delivering great service.
• Confident in leading people and solving problems on the spot.

Responsibilities
