Job summary

Nando's UK & IRE is seeking a Shift Lead in Ellesmere Port. You’ll be at the heart of the action, supporting to run brilliant shifts and lead the team with energy and a customer-first mindset. This role offers opportunities to grow into management while maintaining a fun, family-style environment.

You’ll develop leadership skills, manage shifts, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied, with a focus on delivering perfect PERi-PERi moments and a positive team dynamic.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-obsessed approach and energy to deliver moments of service.
• Confidence in leading people and solving problems on the spot.
