Job summary

Nando's UK & IRE is seeking a Shift Lead to help run brilliant shifts and mentor the team. You’ll lead by example, prioritise guest satisfaction and uphold our values in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

This role offers a path into management, with opportunities to grow your leadership skills and contribute to a lively, inclusive team culture within the West Midlands location.
