Job summary

Nando's is seeking a Shift Lead in Cardiff to help run brilliant shifts and lead the team during peak service. You’ll support operations and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable PERi-PERI moment, while guiding colleagues to grow into management roles within our family-style environment.

This role offers £13.42 per hour and invites you to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality setting with strong team backing and opportunities to advance.

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
