Job summary

Nando's UK & IRE is seeking a Shift Lead in Hemel Hempstead to help run brilliant shifts and support the team in delivering great PERi-PERi moments.

You'll lead a fast-paced crew, motivate colleagues, and ensure guest satisfaction across all service channels while building your leadership journey within a welcoming, family‑style environment.
