Job summary

Nando's UK & IRE is looking for a Shift Lead to take a hands-on role at the heart of our shifts. You’ll support to run brilliant shifts and help the team deliver hot PERi-PERi moments for guests.

We value leaders who motivate, engage, and coach others, with a customer-first mindset and energy to grow into management roles within a supportive, family-style environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-obsessed approach and commitment to delivering great guest moments.
• Able to energize and support a team across busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support to run brilliant shifts.
• Mentor and motivate the team during operations.
• Ensure the Nando's customer journey is smooth and engaging on every shift.
