Nando’s UK & IRE in Ely is seeking a Shift Lead to help run brilliant shifts and support store performance. You’ll lead team members, coordinate service, and ensure every PERi-PERi moment is delivered with pride and energy.

We’re looking for people who motivate, delegate, and solve problems on the floor, while keeping guests happy. The role offers hourly pay, staff food, and opportunities to grow into management as you gain experience within a lively, family‑like environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A customer-obsessed approach and a love for delivering moments every time.
• Confidence in leading people and solving problems on the floor.
