Job summary

Nando's UK & IRE is looking for a Shift Lead to be at the heart of our fast-paced kitchen and dining floor in Ellesmere Port. You’ll lead shifts, support teammates, and ensure smooth service while delivering memorable PERi-PERi moments for every guest.

As a Shift Lead you’ll develop leadership skills, manage people, and drive a positive, energetic team culture in a busy restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-obsessed approach and delivering PERi-PERi moments.
• Confidence in leading people and solving problems on the spot.
• Hungry to learn, grow and take on more responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Support to run brilliant shifts and keep service smooth.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver great customer moments.
