Nando’s Limited is seeking a Shift Lead in Lancaster to help run brilliant shifts on the floor. You’ll lead a small team, keep service flowing, and ensure guests have a great PERi-PERi experience. This on-site role offers a supportive, family-style team environment with opportunities to grow into management.

The position rewards leadership and customer-focused energy, with an hourly rate of £13.50. If you enjoy fast-paced shifts and real teamwork, this could be the start of something brilliant.
