Job summary

Nando's Limited in Sunderland is seeking a Shift Lead to be at the heart of our busy restaurant, guiding the team to deliver outstanding PERi-PERi moments during every shift. You’ll support, coach and inspire colleagues, ensuring service excellence and a welcoming guest experience.

The role requires energy, prior team supervision in fast-paced settings, and a genuine passion for great customer care. Hourly rate shown is £13.29 with paid breaks and opportunities to grow into management as part of

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong guest service orientation and ability to motivate others.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift and ensure smooth service across front and back of house.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members to deliver great PERi‑PERi moments.
• Monitor standards and guest experience, resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with management to drive performance and shift planning.
