Job summary

Nando's Yeovil is seeking a Shift Lead to be at the heart of the action, helping to run brilliant shifts and support the team.

You will lead, motivate and train colleagues in a fast paced environment, delivering the PERi-PERi experience customers love. The role offers hourly pay and a friendly, family-style culture where you can grow into management with opportunities and rewards.

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
