Encirc Elton is seeking a time-served Shift Fitter to join our 24/7 manufacturing site. You’ll maintain plant and equipment, tackle breakdowns, and ensure issues are fixed for reliability. The role requires hands-on mechanical skills and the ability to work under pressure.

We’re looking for a time-served Mechanical Engineering Technician (Shift Fitter) to join our busy 24/7 manufacturing site at Encirc Elton.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for keeping our plant and equipment running safely and reliably. You’ll tackle breakdowns, carry out planned maintenance, fault-find mechanical issues and make sure problems are Fixed 4 Life - not just patched up.
HNC/HND, electrical skills, SAP/CMMS experience and RCA/Kaizen knowledge would be a bonus.
