Encirc Ltd is recruiting a Shift Engineer for our Elton site. The role covers fault finding, condition monitoring, and continuous improvement of all plant and equipment in the filling hall. It is a fixed-term/secondment position until 1 June 2027 with a salary of £57,000–£60,000.
The successful candidate will maintain, service and improve line equipment, work across a 4-on/4-off 12-hour shift pattern, and be capable of working under pressure while flexible to unsociable hours when required.
