Job summary

Encirc in Elton is seeking a friendly Receptionist to be the face of the business and keep our offices running smoothly at Elton and Chester. You will welcome every visitor with confidence, maintain clean, well-organised spaces, and support day-to-day operations across two sites.

As the ambassador at reception, you’ll manage meetings, calls, mail, and bookings while collaborating with facilities and internal teams to uphold high standards and deliver a world-class front-of-house experience.

Qualifications

• Own the front-of-house experience—professional, organised and always on point.
• Deliver a first-class welcome to clients, visitors, and candidates.
• Keep meeting rooms, kitchens, and shared spaces spotless, stocked and ready.
• Manage office supplies, post room operations, and incoming calls.
• Coordinate bookings and hospitality for the Chester office.
• Support day-to-day admin including mail, shipping, scanning, and more.
• Work closely with facilities, contractors, vendors and internal teams to maintain high standards.
• Build strong relationships to ensure every visit is smooth and memorable.

Working Hours: Mon-Thurs 08.00-17.00, Fri - 08.00-14.30

We’re looking for a friendly, proactive Receptionist to deliver a world-class front-of-house experience. You’ll welcome every visitor with confidence and warmth, maintain immaculate working environments, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations across our Elton and Chester offices.

The Key Requirements

• Own the front-of-house experience - professional, organised and always on point

• Support helpdesk processes linked to Facilities Management operations
