Encirc is seeking a Shift Engineer to maintain and improve plant in the filling hall at Elton. The role is a 4-on-4-off, 12-hour shifts pattern with days and nights. You will be responsible for fault finding, condition monitoring and sustaining improvements across equipment.
The position is an FTC/secondment until 1 June 2027, offering a salary of £57,000–£60,000. The role requires an HNC in Engineering and experience with Siemens S7 PLCs, plus the ability to work under pressure and unsociable

As Shift Engineer you'll be responsible for maintaining fault finding, condition monitoring and continuous improvement of all plant and equipment associated with the filling hall.
