Encirc is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for its Elton site to oversee overhauls and ongoing maintenance of high-speed filling equipment. The role focuses on valves, cylinders, and capping heads to sustain peak performance, hygiene, and extended equipment life.
You will log all jobs and inspections in Prisma CMMS, supporting a fast-paced FMCG operation with a proactive, detail‑oriented approach to mechanical maintenance.

Reporting to the Maintenance Engineering Supervisor, you will serve as a key hands‑on Maintenance Engineer in our high‑speed beverages bottling operations. Your primary focus will be the overhaul, refurbishment, and ongoing maintenance of critical filling machinery components, including filling valves, lift cylinders, and capping heads, to ensure peak performance, hygiene compliance, and extended equipment life.
You will also be responsible for completing and accurately recording all jobs, inspections, and maintenance activities via the Prisma CMMS system. This role demands a proactive, detail‑oriented approach to mechanical overhauls in a fast‑paced FMCG environment, where precision on components directly impacts line efficiency, product quality, and safety.
