Encirc Elton, Cheshire is seeking a time-served Mechanical Engineering Technician (Shift Fitter) to join our busy 24/7 manufacturing site. You’ll keep plant and equipment running safely and reliably, tackle breakdowns, perform planned maintenance and fault-find mechanical issues.
This hands-on role requires a Level 3 / ONC / City & Guilds mechanical qualification, experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment, and the ability to work independently, sometimes out of hours, with a Fix 4
We’re looking for a time-served Mechanical Engineering Technician (Shift Fitter) to join our busy 24/7 manufacturing site at Encirc Elton.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for keeping our plant and equipment running safely and reliably. You’ll tackle breakdowns, carry out planned maintenance, fault-find mechanical issues and make sure problems are Fixed 4 Life - not just patched up.
HNC/HND, electrical skills, SAP/CMMS experience and RCA/Kaizen knowledge would be a bonus.
