Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in SHEQ leadership roles.
• Ability to influence senior managers and teams.
• Willingness to occasionally work out of hours.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic direction and lead SHEQ department.
• Manage SHEQ team ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Develop and maintain SHEQ strategy ensuring compliance.
• Promote safe working environments and robust Health & Safety plans.
• Deliver SHEQ communication strategies including toolbox talks.
• Act as coach to senior managers and mentor to operational teams.
• Oversee SHEQ audits and investigations.
• Provide advice on industry regulations and standards.
• Report on SHEQ performance and drive improvements.
• Support business development through client engagement.

Skills
