Job summary

Coforge seeks a Senior Platform Architect for ServiceNow to lead enterprise-scale transformation programs for global customers. You will work with CXOs and platform owners to define strategy, governance, roadmaps, and digital initiatives.

The role blends consulting leadership with hands-on architecture across ITSM, HRSD, SPM, ITOM, and CSDM, driving AI adoption and best-practice across implementations for delivery and pre-sales teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in ServiceNow, Enterprise Architecture, Consulting, or Digital Transformation.
• Strong advisory and management consulting background.
• Proven ability to engage and influence CXOs and senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading large-scale architecture and transformation programs.
• Strong communication skills with executive presence and gravitas.
• Experience leveraging AI for business process improvement or service operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow architecture and transformation engagements.
• Partner with CXOs, Enterprise Architects, Platform Owners, and Delivery Teams throughout the sales and implementation lifecycle.
• Translate business objectives into strategic roadmaps, solution blueprints, and platform architectures.
• Define and govern ServiceNow platform architecture, instance strategy, and operating models.
• Lead architecture reviews, governance forums, and technical decision-making.
• Drive platform modernization, technical debt reduction, and ServiceNow best-practice adoption.
• Provide expertise across ITSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM, CMDB, CSM, and ITOM.
• Support pre-sales, solutioning, estimations, proposals, and change requests.
• Lead integration strategy, APIs, Flow Designer, automation, and enterprise design patterns.
• Champion AI adoption, automation, and innovation across ServiceNow implementations.
