Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Manager of Platform Architecture to lead a team of Platform Architects, translating business objectives into prescriptive roadmaps and guiding solution design, governance, and modernization efforts. You will build executive relationships and drive adoption of ServiceNow solutions across major industries.

In this role, you will coach teams, ensure staffing for engagements, and collaborate with pre-sales to accelerate customer outcomes.

Qualifications

Proven track record leading and developing high-performing architecture teams.
Experience advising Fortune 50–500 companies on digital transformation initiatives.
Deep understanding of middle and back-office transformation; knowledge of ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

Maintain Industry Alignment with Major Areas priorities and allocate staffing accordingly.
Lead and develop a high-performing Platform Architect team with coaching and development plans.
Drive strategic customer outcomes by building relationships with CIO/CTO and business leaders across accounts.
Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Partner teams to support customer opportunities and architectural guidance.
Provide architectural oversight across engagements and champion a customer-first culture.
