Job summary

Consult is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Platform Architect for a contract role in the United Kingdom. You will guide architectural strategy across engagements, working with executives, platform owners, and development teams to structure and deliver solutions.

You will translate business goals into architectural blueprints, lead enterprise architecture discussions, and drive governance while reducing technical debt and aligning with ServiceNow best practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers across executive, platform owner, enterprise architects, and development teams during selling, structuring, and implementation.
• Provide architectural advisory across multiple engagements to guide customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Offer architectural knowledge across ITSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM, CMDB workflows.
• Develop relationships with CoE and business leaders to understand ServiceNow's role in digital transformation.
• Translate business goals into customer roadmap and architectural blueprints.
• Engage with Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the platform standard.
• Manage technical governance and delivery operating model.
• Ensure instance health by reducing debt and aligning to leading practices.
• Support sales by scoping and estimating engagements and change orders.
• Contribute to leading practices and expertise related to the ServiceNow platform.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities:

• Work with customers across executive, platform owner, enterprise architects, and development teams during selling, structuring, and implementation
• Provide architectural advisory across multiple engagements to guide customers, partners, and internal team members
• Offer architectural knowledge across multiple workflows (ITSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM, CMDB)
• Develop relationships with CoE and business leaders to understand ServiceNow's role in digital transformation
• Translate business goals and outcomes into customer roadmap and architectural blueprints
• Engage with Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the digital transformation platform standard
• Manage technical governance and delivery operating model
• Ensure instance health by reducing technical debt and aligning to ServiceNow leading practices
• Support the sales effort by scoping and estimating the engagement and change orders
• Be an active contributor of leading practices and expertise related to the ServiceNow platform

Qualifications:
