Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Managing Consultant to join our AI & Digital Acceleration team. You will help sell and deliver ServiceNow-enabled enterprise operations transformation programmes, shaping roadmaps and business cases for major clients.

Located in multiple UK offices, this role offers hybrid working and exposure to a global portfolio. You will collaborate with CTO/CIO stakeholders and lead initiatives across ERP ecosystems and automation platforms.

Qualifications

Proven experience in enterprise transformation, business operations or consulting.
Strong understanding of business process transformation and workflow platforms.
Experience delivering operational transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

Define enterprise operations transformation strategies leveraging ServiceNow.
Advise senior stakeholders on shared services transformation and process modernisation.
Lead initiatives across finance operations and procurement lifecycle management.
Support ERP integration and automation within client environments.
