Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Change Management and CMDB.
• Understanding of MID servers, Integration Hub, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience in improving CMDB data quality and automated ingestion.

• Configure and enhance ServiceNow Change Management workflows.
• Implement and optimise CMDB data models and governance rules.
