Job summary

Upbeat Ideas UK Ltd is looking for an experienced Data Consultant to join their Global Configuration Management project team in Belfast. You will analyze complex data sets to identify quality issues and provide analytic support to improve data quality.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of IT industry experience with a strong background in ServiceNow CMDB and SQL. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for influencing project decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years IT industry experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of ServiceNow CMDB experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with SQL or similar database query language.
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience of Windows and Linux Server Operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of multiple complex data sets to identify gaps or quality issues.
• Use data insights to improve data quality through process or technical changes.
• Develop insights to present analyses and training materials.
