Job summary

Methods is seeking an experienced Software Asset Manager with strong ServiceNow CMDB expertise to establish and continuously improve our CMDB capabilities. You will drive Service Mapping and CSDM adoption, ensure data quality, and engage stakeholders to maximise the value of ServiceNow across IT and the business.

The role requires governance, policy development, and hands-on CMDB work with a focus on data quality, dashboards, and certification..

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and maturing Configuration Management practices.
• Hands-on experience building and managing ServiceNow CMDBs.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery, IRE, and CMDB data modelling.
• Strong understanding of Service Mapping and CSDM.
• Experience developing CMDB governance and data quality frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement Configuration Management policies, processes, and governance.
• Build, maintain, and enhance the ServiceNow CMDB and related data models.
• Deliver Service Mapping and CSDM initiatives with accurate service relationships.
• Monitor CMDB data quality through dashboards, certifications, and governance.
• Engage stakeholders to drive CMDB adoption and continuous improvement.
