ServiceNow Architect CSM focus Portal

Contract: Full remote from UK, France, Poland, Portugal, Spain

Seeking an experienced CSM architect to support transversal design topics, with a focus on OnePortal integration between Adobe and ServiceNow. Expertise in CSM Portal and integrations required.

Technical & Functional Experience:

• Good knowledge of CSDM
• Excellent product roadmap awareness
• Knowledge of Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer
• Experience with integrations using scripted APIs and Integration Hub
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow Platform and core features (applications, shared capabilities, CMDB)
• Portal management and customization skills
• Experience with CSM, data exchange between Portal and Service Catalog
• 10+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience, including 3+ years on CSM & CSM Portal

Abilities in designing, prototyping, problem-solving, and effective communication are essential. Proactive attitude and team spirit are highly valued.
