ServiceNow Architect CSM focus Portal

Contract: Full-time

Location: Remote (UK, France, Poland, Portugal, Spain)

We are seeking an experienced CSM Architect to support transversal design topics with a focus on OnePortal integration between Adobe and ServiceNow. Expertise in CSM Portal and integrations is required.

Technical & Functional Experience:

• Good knowledge of CSDM
• Excellent product roadmap awareness
• Strong knowledge of Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer
• Experience with integrations using scripted APIs and Integration Hub
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow Platform and core features (main applications, shared capabilities, CMDB)
• Portal management and customization
• Practical experience with CSM, data exchange between Portal, CSM Portal, and Service Catalog definition and setup
• 10+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience with at least 3+ years on CSM & CSM Portal
• Designing and prototyping skills, transforming ideas into solutions leveraging ServiceNow capabilities
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex topics to non-IT audiences, active listener, supportive attitude
• Proactive approach: propose help and assistance in design activities, identify areas for improvement, and seek optimizations
• Team player: willing to support and assist the team, especially during challenging situations
