ServiceNow Architect CSM focus Portal

Contract

FULL REMOTE FROM (UK, France, Poland, Portugal, Spain)

Seeking an experienced CSM architect to support transversal design topics, with a focus on OnePortal integration between Adobe and ServiceNow. Expertise in CSM Portal and integrations is required.

Technical & Functional Experience:

• Good knowledge of CSDM
• Strong product roadmap awareness
• Proficiency in Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer
• Experience with integrations using scripted APIs and Integration Hub
• Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and core features (main applications, shared capabilities, CMDB)
• Portal management and customization skills
• Practical experience with CSM, data exchange between Portal, CSM Portal, Service Catalog definition and setup
• 10+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience, including 3+ years on CSM & CSM Portal
• Designing and prototyping skills to transform ideas into solutions leveraging ServiceNow capabilities
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex topics to non-IT audiences
• Proactive attitude in proposing help, detecting improvement areas, and optimizing processes
• Team player willing to support and contribute during challenging situations
