ServiceNow Architect CSM focus Portal

Contract

FULL REMOTE FROM (UK, France, Poland, Portugal, Spain)

Experienced CSM architect to support transversal design topics, with a special focus on OnePortal integration between Adobe and ServiceNow. Expertise in CSM Portal and integrations.

Technical & Functional Experience:

• Good knowledge of CSDM
• Excellent product roadmap awareness
• Strong knowledge of Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer
• Experience with integrations with 3rd party tools (scripted APIs and Integration Hub)
• Excellent knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and its core features (main applications, shared capabilities, CMDB…)
• Portal management and customization
• Practical experience with CSM, data exchange between Portal, CSM Portal, and Service Catalog definition and setup
• 10+ years Hands-on ServiceNow experience with 3+ years in CSM & CSM Portal
• Designing and prototyping skills, transforming ideas into solutions leveraging ServiceNow product capabilities
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex topics to non-IT audiences, active listening, and supportive attitude
• Proactive approach: propose help and assistance in design activities, identify room for improvements, and seek optimizations
