Acacia is seeking a Service User Administrator to provide friendly administrative support to our services serving families affected by perinatal mental health.
The role is office-based at our Sutton Coldfield head office, 20 hours per week over four days (9.30am–3pm, with an unpaid lunch break). It is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, subject to funding.

The Service User Administrator will provide kind, compassionate, and welcoming administrative support to Acacia’s services, acting as the first point of contact for families affected by pre and postnatal depression and anxiety. The postholder will help ensure that every family has a positive, person-centred experience, making people feel heard and understood.
The role will also involve supporting day-to-day administration, maintaining accurate records, responding to enquiries, and working closely with colleagues to help our services run smoothly and effectively. The postholder will work with service users, practitioners, and volunteers, handling sensitive information with care, professionalism, and confidentiality.
This is an office-based role at Acacia’s head office in Sutton Coldfield, working 20 hours per week over 4 days, 9.30am–3pm, including Mondays and Fridays. The other days are to be agreed with the successful applicant.
