The postholder will be a point of contact for the clinical team, for service users, carers and visitors; responding to enquiries in a professional, compassionate and patient manner; to assist in cross-cover support as required for other community teams when required; to promote a positive image of the mental health service, the Trust and the people who access our services. In addition to this, the postholder will complete generic administrative activities including answering and making telephone calls, reviewing and appropriately responding to emails and letters, liaising with other services and partner organisations across the localities, purchasing, extensive calendar management (e.g. organising appointments/meetings/events), minute taking, data input onto Healthcare PMS, filing and documentation prep (e.g. case notes), photocopying.
