Citygate Automotive Ltd is seeking a passionate Service Technician to repair and service our vehicles to the highest standards. You will be working as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business for the retailer.

The role involves servicing and repairing vehicles, communicating with workshop control, and completing warranty paperwork. We offer new pay plans, achievable uncapped OTE, and a structured progression path with in-house and Volkswagen training.

Qualifications

• Level 3 vehicle technician qualification.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent organisation and time management to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receive work from the workshop controller and perform checks and protection routines.
• Assess tool and equipment needs and communicate issues.
• Service and repair vehicles.
• Report on additional repair requirements for authorisation.
• Complete warranty and service paperwork.
