Job summary

Citygate Automotive Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a passionate Service Technician to repair and service vehicles to the highest standards. You will work as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business for the retailer.

The role offers a new pay plan with a basic salary of £28,000–£36,500, achievable uncapped OTEs and a guaranteed bonus for the first 3 months, with opportunities for learning and progression as you grow your skills.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualified vehicle technician with KIA group background preferred.
• Excellent problem solving and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service focus with ability to explain technical info to non-technical audiences.
• Good organisation and time management to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receive work from the workshop controller and carry out checks and protection routines.
• Service and repair vehicles.
• Report on additional repair requirements as identified.
• Complete warranty and administrative procedures related to service and repair.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and undertake vehicle road tests when necessary.
• Assist with development and training of other technicians.
