Job summary

Citygate Automotive Ltd is seeking a Service Technician in Watford to repair and service vehicles to high standards. You will work within a team to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business for the retailer.

The role emphasizes a Level 3 qualification, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent customer service skills, with opportunities to learn and grow within our pay plans and training programs.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualified vehicle technician, ideally with VAG group background.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
• Strong customer service focus with the ability to explain technical information to a non-technical audience.
• Outstanding organisation and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receive work from the workshop controller and carry out checks, admin and protection routines.
• Assess tool and equipment requirements and communicate related issues.
• Service and repair all vehicles as required.
• Report on additional repair requirements identified.
