Job summary

Trek Bicycle Corporation Ltd is recruiting a Service Technician in Bath to service a wide range of bikes and help riders enjoy every ride with confidence. You will troubleshoot repairs, handle hands-on servicing, and engage with customers to deliver memorable experiences.

The role emphasizes warmth, clear communication, and a proactive approach to learning and growing technical skills within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair bikes, servicing a wide variety of models.
• Perform hands-on maintenance to keep customers riding confidently.
• Build strong relationships with customers through excellent service.
• Communicate clearly with team and customers, especially during busy days.
• Develop skills and stay up to date with new bicycle technologies.

We are currently recruiting for:

What youll do

As a Trek Service Technician, each day brings something new and hands-on. Your work centres around caring for bikes so their owners can enjoy every ride with confidence. Youll troubleshoot repairs, service a wide variety of bikes, and often be one of the very first to work on brand-new models before they reach the sales floor. Just as important, youll build trusting relationships with riders who rely on your expertise to keep their bikes running smoothly. Whether youre completing a quick adjustment or handling a more complex repair, your care and attention will help create memorable experiences for our customers. Were looking for a teammate who brings warmth, great communication, and a genuine desire to learn. If you love helping others, enjoy practical problem-solving, and want to grow your technical skills in a supportive environment, this could be a wonderful fit.
