The Guinness Partnership in Havant is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the Repairs and Maintenance team and deliver a high-quality responsive repairs service. This permanent role offers 40 hours per week, 8am-5pm or 11am-7pm on a shared rota with Saturday mornings, and includes a works van for business use.

You'll manage an area-based team across Portsmouth, Waterlooville and surrounding areas, ensuring excellent customer outcomes while maintaining safety and housing standards,

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing operational teams in housing/repairs.
• Strong knowledge of building construction, repairs and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to deliver a customer-focused repairs service.
• Experience managing subcontractors and repairs management systems.
• NVQ/C&G qualifications as stated in essential/desirable criteria.
