Job summary

Hyde Group in Havant is seeking a Repairs Planner Scheduler to coordinate the diaries of trade operatives and ensure repairs and servicing appointments are delivered on time. The role combines diary management with customer communication to keep work moving smoothly.

You will organise schedules, prioritise urgent jobs, and ensure operatives have materials and routes for each job. A hybrid working pattern applies: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling or PA roles is desirable.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Organise and manage the schedules of trade operatives to keep appointments.
• Communicate with customers and operatives to arrange or adjust visits.
• Prioritise urgent or overdue jobs to meet deadlines.
• Ensure operatives have materials and routes for their jobs.
• Fill gaps in schedules with planned work to maintain productivity.
• Track job progress, completions, and subcontractor updates.
