Job summary

Hamilton Woods Group is seeking a Repairs Administrator on a temporary basis to support a housing association. You will liaise with tenants, inspectors and engineers, and keep stakeholders updated on repair progress.

The role involves opening and closing work orders, raising purchase orders and invoices, and handling all related administration. Hybrid working is offered, with 2 days in the office and 3 days at home.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration and coordination, preferably in housing repairs.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with tenants, inspectors and engineers regarding repairs.
• Keeping customers up to date with changes and progress of repairs.
• Ensuring databases are kept up to date regarding repairs.
• Opening and closing down work orders.
• Raising purchase orders and invoices.
• Managing all associated administration.
