URBN is seeking a Service and Selling Manager for our Guildford store to lead customer experience, selling culture, and styling, while driving events that engage customers. You will coach the team to deliver a high-energy shopping environment and ensure brand standards are upheld.

You will also oversee store operations, staffing, and training, partnering with brand teams to optimise sales, events, and the customer journey onsite.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management role in fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to drive sales, payroll, stock loss control and customer service.
• Proven track record of developing a team and talent.

Responsibilities

• Sells culture: leads and empowers the team to drive sales and metrics.
• Oversees omni-channel service to provide a frictionless customer experience.
• Leads in-store styling, events, and customer relationships to build sales.
• Manages store operations, opening/closing, restock, standards and loss prevention.
