Job summary

Palfinger UK in Devizes is seeking a full-time Service Call Co-ordinator to join our busy Service Control Team. This office-based role suits organised, customer-focused individuals who enjoy speaking with customers over the phone in a fast-paced administration setting.

You’ll manage incoming calls and emails, log service requests, and coordinate repairs and emergency breakdowns for our customers. A proactive approach and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in service control or asset management is an advantage.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Clear verbal and written communication standards.
• Strong time management and organisation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming breakdown and service requests by phone and email.
• Log service calls accurately into the system.
• Prioritise urgent requests and ensure timely follow-up.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
• Support service controllers to meet deadlines and targets.
