Job summary

Palfinger UK, part of the T H WHITE group, is seeking a focused Service Call Co-Ordinator in Devizes. This busy, office-based role involves coordinating repairs and services for Palfinger cranes, handling calls and emails, and raising accurate service orders in our internal system.

You will be part of a friendly Service Control Team, supporting controllers and ensuring timely responses in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in service control, service coordination or asset management is an advantage.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication standards.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming breakdown and service requests by phone and email.
• Log service calls accurately into the system.
• Prioritise urgent requests and ensure timely follow-up.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
• Assist service controllers to meet deadlines and targets.
