Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £30,620.42 basic per annum + realistic OTE up to £33,500.00
• Hours: Full-time, Permanent (46.33 hours per week | Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 Saturdays)

Role Overview

Seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service & Aftersales Advisor / Service Receptionist to join our dealership team in Gravesend. Acting as the main point of contact for our customers, you will deliver exceptional service, manage workshop bookings, consult on vehicle maintenance, and ensure an effortless, transparent customer experience from start to finish.

Requirements

• Experience: No prior automotive experience required—full training is provided! A background in retail, hospitality, or front-of-house customer service is highly advantageous.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and confidence using computer systems and software.
• Licence: Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Mindset: Personable, proactive, and target-driven with a passion for helping people.
