Arriva Road Transport Services (ARTS) is seeking a Service Planning Coordinator in Derby with hybrid working arrangements. The role focuses on planning and allocating rail replacement and train crew taxi services across the UK, ensuring compliant, cost-effective, high-quality passenger transport solutions.

Reporting to the Pre-Planned Operations Manager, you will manage post-operation reviews, resolve delivery issues, validate supplier performance, and oversee invoicing to support timely

Responsabilidades

  • Process rail replacement and train crew taxi orders, ensuring journeys are planned efficiently and delivered to service standards.
  • Allocate transport requirements to suppliers, securing competitive rates while maintaining quality and safety.
  • Ensure compliance with UK and EU driving regulations and company procedures.
  • Liaise with TOCs to understand requirements and provide transport solutions.
  • Coordinate with taxi, minibus, coach, and bus operators to deliver reliable passenger transport.
  • Produce operational plans, briefings, and supporting documentation for stakeholders.
  • Monitor service delivery and investigate any failures or issues.
  • Review supplier invoices and ensure accurate payments and customer billing.
  • Maintain supplier databases and develop relationships with operators.
  • Analyse data to support efficiency improvements and service optimisation.
  • Attend meetings with customers and suppliers as required.

### Service Planning Coordinator**Location:** Derby with hybrid working options **Contract:** 6 Month Fixed Term Contract **Company:** Arriva Road Transport Services (ARTS) **Salary:** £33,288 per annum + on call### About the RoleReporting to the Pre-Planned Operations Manager, the Service Planning Coordinator will be responsible for the planning, processing, and allocation of rail replacement and train crew taxi services across the UK.The successful candidate will ensure all transport arrangements are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with relevant UK and EU driving regulations.
