Arriva UK Train is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment across UK Trains businesses, including operational and technical roles. You will manage end-to-end process, governance, and candidate experience, while partnering closely with hiring managers and HR teams.

The role is hybrid with base location aligned to the nearest office and involves travel and overnight stays as needed. Rail experience is desirable but not essential.

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment across our UK Trains businesses - including Arriva TrainCare, ARTS, RTS Infrastructure and Grand Central. This role is ideal for someone who is confident managing end‐to‐end recruitment across a wide range of disciplines: from unskilled and skilled operational roles, to engineering, technical, professional services and other business‐critical vacancies.
