Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD in Canterbury is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our busy aftersales team. You will manage front and back counter queries, source components for technicians and trade customers, and maintain accurate stock systems.

As a senior team member, you will mentor junior colleagues during peak periods and ensure seamless parts supply for workshop operations at our premier franchised dealer.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as Automotive Parts Advisor / Parts Specialist within a main dealer or busy motor factor environment.
• Senior-level experience or leadership confidence to support and oversee team members when required.
• Proficient in Electronic Parts Catalogues (EPC) and dealership management systems (DMS).
• Excellent communication, customer service, and stock organisation skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Front and back counter queries management.
• Source components for technicians and trade customers.

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £31,000 – £33,000 basic per annum + performance-driven bonus scheme
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
