Hawk Hiring in Weybridge seeks an experienced Service Advisor / Parts Advisor to join a premier independent automotive specialist. You will be the main link between retail clients and the workshop, using your technical knowledge to explain findings and repair scopes.

There is scope for career progression in a modern, supportive environment. The role offers £30,000–£37,000 per annum, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:15 PM, with free on-site parking and 23 days holiday including Christmas shutdown.

What you will be doing:

• Serving as the main link between retail clients and the workshop, using your technical knowledge to explain diagnostic findings and repair scopes clearly.
• Sourcing, ordering, and managing inventory for genuine parts to keep active service, repair, and bodyshop jobs moving efficiently.
• Providing transparent estimates, fixed-price job invoicing, and customer updates to deliver an exceptional service experience.
• Utilizing your hands-on automotive background (experience necessary; ex-technicians strongly encouraged to apply) to uphold strict quality control standards.

Commutable Locations:

This role is based in Weybridge, making it an easy commute from Chertsey, Addlestone, Woking, and Walton-on-Thames.
