Rolls-Royce Heybridge is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator to provide proactive support for sales and services across a customer portfolio. The role is customer-facing, requiring responsiveness to issues before they impact customers.

You will manage orders, quotations, and ERP updates, build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, and help ensure on-time delivery and service quality at Rolls-Royce.

Formación

• Experience in service coordination, customer operations, order management or operational support.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver excellent customer service, managing day-to-day enquiries relating to orders, products, returns and services.
• Process and fulfil customer orders, including quotations, sales/work orders, acknowledgements and ERP updates.
• Build strong relationships with customers, internal teams, suppliers and service partners to ensure needs are met.
• Monitor order progress, stock availability and delivery expectations to support service delivery.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation and hospitality for Service Support staff and visiting customers.
